Registration: To establish a service account with us, you will be required to register and create a username and password for access to this portion of our website. After you have successfully registered with us, we will provide user-friendly instructions on the data format and image-overlap required. To ensure optimal processing of images, users will be required to download and print off a 8.5 x 11” calibration sheet. At this point, you will be asked to take photographs of this sheet at different angles described in the instructions and then you will be asked to send the images back to us. After these steps have been completed, we will be ready to receive your data. There are a few forms to complete, which will enable you to upload your flight images, calibration images, and log file(s).

The end product will be delivered back to you via your website. Additionally, you will receive an email and/or text message notifying you when the product is complete and ready for delivery. Given our international clientele, we require full payment before final product is delivered. All of our clients are asked to pay for services rendered via a secure, online credit card transaction. The costs associated with the services are contingent upon the tier of processing you select and the amount of images you need to be processed. Preferential pricing will be provided to those users and clients who establish a long-term service contract with us.
